About the Role As the Engineering Manager, Data you will lead and represent a team of Data and Analytics Engineers, driving execution at a high level while fostering a culture of trust, empathy, and technical excellence. Our Matching and Outcomes team builds products to measure and improve clinical outcomes, including provider recommendation systems for clients and clinical decision support tools, enabling durable and effective treatment. You'll create predictive models and workflows to match patients with the best-fit therapists and peers, and enable clinicians to tailor care to each client's individual needs. Our Clinical staff is composed of two core groups: Primary Therapists, who provide 1:1 care, and Group Facilitators (GFs), who lead group-based sessions that are foundational to the care journey. GFs are our largest and most distributed clinical workforce, and enabling them to deliver consistent, high-quality care at scale is one of our most important and hardest problems. The Facilitator Success team builds the systems that power how this care is prepared, delivered, and improved over time. This is not just about internal tooling, it's about shaping the operating system for group-based care. You'll build products that help facilitators show up to every session informed, confident, and effective. That includes everything from making a client's full care history and context accessible in the right moments, to generating structured session summaries, to developing playbooks and workflows that guide facilitators in real time. The Clinical Support program is an interdisciplinary team of licensed clinicians and support staff, all of whom support families navigating challenges in the areas of mental health, addiction, and IPV. The Clinical Support team works with CPS Teams and/or directly with impacted families to ensure optimal service delivery. The team assists with family engagement approaches, with assessing/screening for the most pressing needs, and with identifying and facilitating connections to relevant resources. POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Support Clinician is responsible for the delivery of clinical guidance including securing potential resources. The Clinical Support Clinician will support, recommend and monitor that the approach to treatment used is trauma-informed, strength-based and emphasizes both short-term and long-term goals to restore and maintain safety for family members. The Clinical Support Clinician will research and refer to community resources, when appropriate. Supervisor can sign off on clinical hours earned in this position towards a clinical license. This Palliative Care APP will be an in-market provider delivering in-home care for a highly complex patient population in their community, including end-of-life patients with CKD/ESRD, diabetes, COPD, and CHF. The Palliative Care APP will support the Market Physician Executive, the Palliative Care Lead Physician, and an interdisciplinary team to provide palliative care, clinical guidance to patients and their families, including pain and symptom management, develop appropriate care plans and document advance directives to ensure patient-centered care. Your Impact Palliative Care APPs are quality-driven clinicians who apply their expertise in a managed care, population health context. They also engage in population health management in a sophisticated, outcomes-driven manner that promotes palliative care where clinically appropriate and focuses on patient quality of life, education, and shared-decision making. Learn more at What You Would Get To Do The Project Manager is responsible for supporting clients with both internal and client-facing events and conferences, delivering exceptional service through effective project management and creative solutions. This role involves overseeing all aspects of event operations, from initial briefing to post-event reconciliation. Key responsibilities include managing project plans, collateral, registration, transportation, hotel accommodations, entertainment, food and beverage, audio/visual needs, webcasts, staging, speaker coordination, and event execution. There is a requirement for onsite events to travel domestically or abroad as required.
