We're seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at one of our thriving fast casual restaurants. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can foster a high-performance culture, ensure smooth front and back-of-house operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. General Manager Compensation & Benefits • Base salary: $50,000–$55,000, • Monthly performance-based bonus program, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid vacation and personal time off, • Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities, • Employee discounts and perks, • Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a fast casual, quick service, or similar restaurant setting, • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, • Strong understanding of cost controls, budgeting, and P&L management, • Experience managing inventory, labor, and operational metrics, • Comfortable with fast-paced, customer-facing environments, • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends, • Experience overseeing multiple units or assisting with area management, • Background in training and developing team members into leadership roles, • Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic HR practices, • Strong community engagement or local store marketing experience, • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, • Some college or hospitality training preferred, • Ability to lead through influence and example, not just instruction
