This shall include multi-story, and multi-tenant, multi-shift, 24/7 operations and high customer use Buildings of 160,000 sq or greater, • Ability to gain and maintain a current certification in Advanced Custodial Technician from the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) or equivalent, • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, • Documented experience as a Custodial Supervisor in a commercial or institutional environment, • Experience scheduling and supervising grounds maintenance activities, • Advanced Custodial Technician Certification or equivalent, as deemed acceptable by the Contracting Officer or designee, • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively lead custodial teams, • Knowledge of proper custodial procedures for using and maintaining cleaning tools, machines, and chemical solutions, • Familiarity with quality control programs related to custodial operations, including inspections and corrective actions, • Experience and familiarity with CMMS platforms, specifically Maximo, • Ability to work independently and follow specific, detailed instructions, • Capable of written and verbal communication in English, • Ability to work on foot for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day), • Ability to climb stairs and lift 20+ pounds, when needed, • Willingness to respond to emergencies after hours, • Experience working in a government facility, • Ability to climb ladders, use power tools, and perform heavy physical labor as needed, • Exposure to wet, humid conditions, chemicals, fumes, and dust It is mandatory that all Contractor personnel working onsite at federal facilities meet federal government security clearance standards.
