wristbands, electronic components, packaging supplies, and production equipment.\n, • Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations.\n, • Establish and maintain minimum inventory thresholds and reorder points to prevent stock shortages.\n, • Work directly with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to place replenishment orders when inventory reaches established thresholds.\n, • Monitor inventory aging, product usage, and stock movement to identify obsolete or slow-moving inventory.\n, • Track purchase orders, expected deliveries, and inventory discrepancies.\n, • Improve inventory labeling, bin locations, organization, and tracking systems.\n\n \n Hardware and Quality Control \n\n • Establish, execute, and maintain quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing hardware.\n, • Inspect LED wristbands, electronic components, controllers, transmitters, and related event technology for defects or damage.\n, • Perform functional testing of hardware to verify operational readiness before shipment.\n, • Document defective products, quality issues, and discrepancies.\n, • Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to resolve product defects, replacements, and warranty claims.\n, • Maintain accurate QC logs and reporting to ensure product reliability and accountability.\n, • Support the implementation of standardized QC checklists and procedures.\n\n \n Warehouse & Supply Chain Management \n\n • Monitor and replenish packing materials, shipping boxes, labels, pallets, protective materials, and other warehouse supplies.\n, • Manage warehouse tools, production machinery, and equipment used for product preparation and fulfillment.\n, • Maintain an inventory of production equipment, including equipment age, condition, maintenance requirements, and replacement schedules.\n, • Identify aging or inefficient equipment and recommend repairs, upgrades, or replacements.\n, • Coordinate purchasing, servicing, and maintenance of warehouse and production equipment.\n, • Ensure warehouse equipment is operated safely and properly maintained.\n\n \n Organization and Operational Efficiency \n\n • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.\n, • Develop and implement better warehouse layouts, storage systems, labeling processes, and inventory workflows.\n, • Identify opportunities to reduce shipping errors, improve He/she is also responsible for the organization, maintenance and cleanliness of the stock room. He/she is responsible for any and all operational functions within the stockroom, including facilitating all directives from the Store Manager and Corporate Office in order to effectively and efficiently supervise the inventory and all components for managing it. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory Control • Manages the in-store receiving process, and notifies necessary parties/completes paperwork in a timely and accurate manner., • Manages re-pricing projects from start to finish.
