Position Overview 🔥This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role — ideal for someone who likes to stay active and work with their hands. The Warehouse Attendant supports the daily operations of our headquarters and warehouse facility. This role works closely with truck crews and operations leadership to ensure materials are properly sorted, processed, and handled efficiently. This position also includes driving and field support as needed — experience preferred but not required, we will train. What You’ll Do 🚛 Driver & Field Support • Drive a medium-duty truck (training provided), • Assist truck crews with loading/unloading at warehouse and on jobs when needed, • Support efficient job completion and customer service in the field ♻️ Material Sorting & Processing • Help unload trucks and sort materials into proper categories:, • Reusable Items (Upcycling & Waste Reduction Focus), • Recycling, • Metals, • Trash (last resort), • Prioritize reuse and upcycling opportunities to maximize landfill diversion, • Support proper combo sorting procedures to maintain efficiency, • Identify and report any sorting or compliance issues to leadership, • Sort, stage, and organize reusable items including furniture and household goods, • Prepare items for donation, resale, or partner pickup, • Maintain organized staging areas to maximize warehouse space and flow 🔩 Recycling Operations • Sort and process scrap metal and specialty recycling materials, • Emphasize reuse first, followed by detailed recycling when reuse is not possible, • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient processing areas, • Prepare materials for vendor pickups, deliveries, and transfers, • Assist with coordinating and handling materials with recycling vendors ⚙️ Operational Support • Assist with start-of-day, general operations, and end-of-day warehouse readiness, • Support overall daily workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations, • Report safety issues, operational concerns, or disruptions to leadership, • Assist with special projects, facility improvements, and operational initiatives as needed 🏭 Warehouse & Facility Maintenance • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, • Manage trash, recycling, cardboard, and material flow areas, • Assist with loading and managing dumpsters and recycling containers, • Participate in regular cleaning of:, • Warehouse & processing areas, • Exterior & parking lot, • Breakroom, locker room, and common spaces What We’re Looking For • Able to lift 75+ lbs consistently, • Reliable Attendance and On-Time, • Comfortable being on your feet all day, • Hands-on / handy and comfortable using basic tools, • Capable or Willing to learn to drive a medium-duty truck, • Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented, • Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred) - 7 years of general driving experience What You Get • $19–$20/hour starting pay, • $300 sign-on bonus (after 90 days), • Paid Time Off (PTO), • On-the-job training (including truck driving), • Clear path for advancement (Crew Lead, Warehouse Lead, Operations roles), • Active, team-based work environment — no desk job Why This Role is a Great Opportunity • Learn valuable skills in logistics, operations, and driving, • Be part of a mission-driven company focused on sustainability, • Strong performers have real growth opportunities Apply Today If you’re dependable, physically capable, and ready to work hard and grow with a team, we want to meet you.
