Work to ensure proper reporting and systems enhancements are completed, • Stay updated and current and act as the SME for latest trends, regulations, and technologies in the FinTech and Wealth Management landscape to ensure the company remains competitive, • Leverage industry contacts and market knowledge to refine BetaNXT’s approach to sales, • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Industry credentials such as FINRA Series exams and/or SIFMA Institute are also a plus, • 10+ years of sales management experience in the FinTech or Wealth Management or financial services industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in a private equity owned or managed business is preferred, • Proven track record of managing and developing successful sales teams in the Wealth Management and financial services industry and delivery growth and a commitment to success, • In-depth knowledge of financial technology products, including payment solutions, blockchain, banking software, and digital financial services, • Strong network of contacts in the financial services industry, including C-level executives and Board-level executives. Proven ability to interact and influence at this level is key, • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer needs and align them with innovative solutions. Understanding and ability to create reports and use data to drive decision-making, • We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience including full benefits offering and PTO.
