Job DescriptionDescription: Client Service Associate At OnePoint BFG we are seeking a candidate to fill a full-time Client Service Associate position. The right person should have experience working as a Client Service Associate/Administrative Assistant in the wealth management, financial planning, and/or asset management business. This individual will be part of a team of professionals. The focus of this role will be on providing personalized client service, administrative support to the Financial Advisor, and organizational support to the office. Responsibilities: • Run Orions & Package Reviews to include Fedexs and in-person binding, • Email out copies of Review and Zoom Link reminders, • Send 1099s, • Assist client with setting up online access to include maintenance when adding accounts, • Assist ancillary services like Careful, • Emoney updating, • Contacting Annuity Companies & Outside vendors, • Sending Appointment Reminders and Client Materials before calls, • Sending Meeting Materials to Clients after calls, along with follow up emails on action items, • Operation follow ups that are Client facing – tax withholding, Orion/Schwab reporting issues, custodian alerts, tracking and follow up on outstanding forms / signatures for Alts, etc., • Transition analyses for AQR & alternatives strategies, • CRM reporting and logging annual reviews, • Smaller account maintenance things like ToD additions, beneficiary updates, address updates, • Daily Deposit Log, • Withdrawal processing and follow up Requirements: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: · Provide exceptional service to all clients. Extreme attention to accuracy and detail is a requirement. · Highly Responsible and accountable, self-motivated · Excellent organizational and time management skills · Ability to independently prioritize work · Ability to handle multiple tasks within tight time frames · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software and systems to perform duties · Maintain, improve and optimize office processes · Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills · Interest in financial markets and investment securities
