Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Sales Representative to promote our restaurant’s food, packages, and catering services. You will be responsible for driving sales through direct marketing, corporate outreach, and social media promotion. Key Responsibilities: • Actively promote restaurant products, daily specials, and catering packages, • Source new customers: offices, companies, event planners, schools, and individuals, • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries, • Follow up with customers to take orders and ensure repeat business, • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, • Work with kitchen and delivery team to ensure timely order delivery, • Keep records of sales, customer feedback, and market trends, • Represent the restaurant at events, markets, and promotional activities
