We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and help drive our people-first culture. Position Summary The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations and develop strategies that support employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and organizational growth. This role partners closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives., • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures., • Administer performance management and employee development programs., • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations., • Oversee benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS records., • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices., • Support training and leadership development programs., • Partner with department managers on workforce planning and succession planning., • Analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements., • Promote a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field., • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role., • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices., • Experience in construction, engineering, or a related industry is preferred., • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills., • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite., • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
