DevFly is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team in New York. This role is crucial for maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and expanding our business opportunities. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with assigned client accounts., • Understand client needs and objectives to recommend appropriate solutions and services., • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives., • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders., • Forecast and track key account metrics., • Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth attainment., • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Requirements: • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role., • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level., • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs., • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail., • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
