Job Description: Our business is growing and we are seeking 2-3 experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, ensuring a seamless sales experience that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers and identify their needs through effective communication and relationship-building., • Provide product knowledge and educate customers on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options., • Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating their vehicle choices., • Negotiate sales and financing agreements to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction., • Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business., • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers., • Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth transaction process. Experience and Requirements: • Minimum of 2-3 years of automotive sales experience, in a dealership setting., • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers., • Knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and market trends., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively., • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record., • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
