Over the past four years, I’ve been based in Singapore after relocating from the U.S., where I’ve built an efficient, remote-first workflow. My current focus is to consistently secure high-quality, long-term clients through platforms like Upwork and grow this into a stable, agency-style operation. While the U.S. freelance market is highly competitive, it also presents a strong opportunity. Many experienced developers are transitioning into full-time roles, creating a gap for reliable, well-organized teams that can consistently deliver high-quality results. Our Strategy We aim to position ourselves within that gap by: • Operating with the structure, accountability, and quality standards of a professional development team, • Delivering the responsiveness, flexibility, and direct communication clients expect from an individual freelancer, • Own and manage the Upwork account and overall client-facing presence, • Handle client communication, relationship management, and coordination, • Participate in client interviews and ongoing meetings, • Identifying opportunities and preparing proposals, • Leading technical discussions and defining solution architecture, • Managing end-to-end project execution and delivery, • Maintain access to a reliable laptop or workstation, • Ensure stable internet connectivity and a consistent power supply, • Create a dedicated partnership email account with shared access, • Set up and maintain a professional Upwork profile (real identity, professional photo, verified details) If you are available, can we have a meeting on Google Meet to discuss?
