    Estamos buscando un/a Manager de Heladería dinámico/a, con fuerte liderazgo y enfoque en ventas, para supervisar la operación diaria de uno o varios locales dentro de nuestra franquicia en Miami. 📍 Responsabilidades • Supervisar las operaciones diarias del local, • Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de trabajo, • Garantizar una excelente experiencia del cliente, • Controlar ventas, caja, inventario y costos, • Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, higiene y presentación, • Implementar técnicas de venta y upselling para aumentar el ticket promedio, • Resolver incidencias con clientes y equipo de forma efectiva, • Coordinar horarios, turnos y cobertura del staff, • Reportar métricas y resultados a la gerencia, • Apoyar en la ejecución de campañas y promociones 🎯 Requisitos • Experiencia previa en retail, food & beverage o heladería (preferido), • Experiencia liderando equipos, • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, • Mentalidad orientada a ventas y resultados, • Capacidad de organización y resolución de problemas, • Disponibilidad para horarios flexibles (incluyendo fines de semana), • Nivel de inglés funcional (es un plus) ⭐ Buscamos en vos • Liderazgo natural y actitud positiva, • Proactividad y energía, • Orientación al cliente, • Capacidad de trabajar en equipo, • Compromiso con el crecimiento del negocio 💼 Ofrecemos • Salario competitivo + posibilidad de bonus por desempeño, • Oportunidad de crecimiento dentro de la franquicia, • Ambiente dinámico y en expansión, • Capacitación continua, • Incentivos por objetivos
