    Position Overview: As an Administrative and Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the salon. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks while serving as a key point of communication between the salon and leadership. Your role will be essential in maintaining high standards and supporting the growth of Everything Glam. Job Responsibilities Include: Manage and track salon inventory Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon Schedule appointments and follow up with clients Encourage and manage Google reviews; reach out to past clients for feedback Develop, support, and help execute initiatives that scale and grow the business Handle administrative and operational tasks as needed Provide weekly updates and reports to the Owner and her assistant Set up and maintain the Everything Glam Amazon storefront Wash, organize, and maintain towels Ensure product displays are neat, clean, and properly arranged Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed Create content on a daily: weekly basis Dress Code Requirements: All-black attire Hair done, polished look, natural or soft glam If you’re passionate about beauty, organization, and leadership and want to be part of a growing brand we’d love to hear from you.
