We’re seeking a motivated and experienced New Developments Sales Agent to oversee collaboration sales and support the sales strategy across all current and upcoming projects within Engel & Völkers Marbella Developments. This role involves liaising with internal and external agents, coordinating viewings, managing leads, and representing multiple developments to collaborating partners and clients. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all collaboration sales activity for Azurean Marbella and other developments., • Coordinate with internal and external agents to ensure accurate project representation., • Manage CRM updates, lead assignment, and follow-up across multiple projects., • Conduct client viewings and presentations at both the main office and on-site as needed., • Provide weekly activity and performance reports., • Support project marketing through agent updates, listings, and digital content initiatives., • Build strong relationships with collaborators and maintain professional communication at all times., • Contribute ideas to improve lead generation, conversion, and client experience across projects. Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1 year of experience in new development or off-plan sales., • Solid understanding of collaboration, sales and project representation., • Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages a plus)., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • Organised and confident, managing multiple projects simultaneously., • Familiar with CRM systems, reporting tools, and lead tracking., • Comfortable with social media and digital communication to support the project's visibility., • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
