Mondays from 9.00 to 16.00; Tuesdays to Fridays from 08.00 to 15.00 TIMETABLE OF EVENTS FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF LABOUR RESEARCH STAFF BY RESEARCH AREAS AND STRATEGIC PRIORITIES ESTIMATED TIME REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE DUTIES :2 months • Designing and implementing CITIC’s institutional strategy and communications plan, in line with its scientific, institutional, quality and gender equality objectives., • Coordinating and preparing the centre’s annual reports, activity reports and communications reports., • Managing communications with the media, drafting press releases, organising and conducting interviews, monitoring media coverage, liaising with journalists, and measuring performance indicators., • Managing the website, social media and newsletter, and analysing digital metrics., • Planning and organising scientific events and conferences, the XoveTIC Congress, workshops and institutional visits., • Co‑ordinating communication and collaborations with universities, research centres, institutions and partner organisations., • Development of the centre’s RRI plan; monitoring and evaluation of RRI activities in coordination with the institutional strategy and research staff., • Co‑ordinating science outreach activities, organising school visits and creating outreach content., • Managing the centre’s internal communications and dissemination of relevant information amongst research staff and the centre’s various management departments., • Master’s degree in Journalism or Audiovisual Communication (equivalent to MECES level 3) or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism or Audiovisual Communication (at MECES level 3)., • Galician language proficiency: CELGA Level 4., • Additional: compliance with Article 8 of the Regulations on the Recruitment of Contract Staff, Chapter 6, relating to projects, grants and agreements for research and knowledge transfer., • Merits assessment requires supporting documentation: qualifications, certificates, employment history, research project certificates, language proficiency certificate., • Candidate must achieve at least 60 points to be selected.
