Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company. ✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? • At least 7 years of professional experience in managing Salesforce architecture and product leadership, including digital transformation strategies and enterprise systems, • Proven track record managing large-scale Salesforce projects for international organizations, • Demonstrated experience in executive-level stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement, • Strong background in project and program management, handling scope, time, budget, risks and resources across multiple workstreams, • Experience in change management, working closely with Change Managers and integrating change activities into project plans, • Proven ability to coordinate and deliver IT–business projects across geographical locations and organizational departments, under pressure and in complex situations, • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in international and multicultural environments, • Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques (PMI, Prince2, Agile, etc.), • Strong understanding of DevOps and Release Management best practices in Salesforce environments, • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with experience preparing and presenting reports, proposals and executive-level presentations, • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, managing priorities and delivering to challenging timescales, • Proactive, flexible, resourceful, and able to work independently with limited supervision, • Proven excellence in planning, coordination and organization Education & Certifications (Essential): • First-level university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, • Professional qualification or certification in project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, Agile SCRUM Education & Certifications (Nice to have): • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Service Consultant), • Certification on Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL v4, • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP, Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent) Tools & Technologies: • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), • Experience with Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, MS SharePoint, MS Visio, MS Project, • Exposure to AI technologies Languages: • Expert knowledge of English (spoken and written), • Basic knowledge of French is desirable but not mandatory 👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈 As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive a strategic, organization-wide Salesforce-based Partner Engagement Management platform implementation, working closely with Information and Digital Technology (IDT) department and PMO. Your responsibilities will include: Project Management & Delivery • Develop and manage all aspects of the project and related workstreams: planning, governance, scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and resources, • Lead day-to-day project activities, chair project management team meetings, and ensure alignment with the Project Management Framework (5-phase PMI PMBOK), • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables, • Provide regular status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to the PMO and senior leadership, • Ensure high-quality, on-time and on-budget delivery of project milestones and outputs Business & Senior Stakeholder Engagement • Engage with internal business sponsors, focal points and external stakeholders across headquarters, regional and country offices, • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and presentations to project teams, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders, • Provide executive-level communications, ensuring clear, coherent and timely information flow, • Demonstrate strong functional acumen to ensure solutions address organizational goals while aligning with industry best practices Change Management Integration • Work closely with the designated Change Manager to integrate change management activities into project timelines and deliverables, • Ensure changes across multiple simultaneous workstreams are synchronized and coordinated, • Contribute to business readiness, training plans, stakeholder segmentation and communication campaigns Team Management & Leadership • Set and continually manage project expectations, delegating and managing deliverables with team members, vendors and stakeholders, • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, monitoring performance and supporting their development, • Facilitate team building activities, common objective setting, ground rules and operational processes Vendor Management • Actively manage vendor contracts and engagements, including feasibility studies, vendor selection and proposal evaluation, • Define Statements of Work and specifications for requested goods and services, • Challenge vendor estimates, review deliverables, monitor on-site/nearshore/offshore resources and remove bottlenecks to delivery, • Conduct regular meetings and progress reviews with vendors and support dispute resolution or negotiation when needed Quality Control & Assurance • Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution, • Report on project success criteria, metrics, testing and deployment management activities, • Ensure adherence to methodologies, processes and standards across the organization Strategic & Business Management Deliverables • Develop Project Management Plans, templates and workspaces (governance, quality, cost, schedule, communication, etc.), • Produce project documentation for PMO compliance (business case, project ID card, status reports, risk logs, budget and cost tracking), • Create stakeholder management plans, market analyses for partner selection, and contributions to benefits realization reports, • Provide input to strategic planning for various phases of the project/workstreams, • Prepare and facilitate brainstorming sessions, problem-solving activities and leadership support initiatives 🚀 WHY US? 🚀 Join our dynamic team of talented individuals and experience a world of growth and opportunities.
