ppScopely is looking for a Senior Generative AI Designer / Artist to join our Marketing team Flamed in Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pThis role requires someone comfortable working at a fast production pace, combining AI‑assisted workflows, strong layout skills, polished image execution, and medium‑level video editing capabilities. /p pYou will join our Arts Animation Pod in Barcelona to create high‑quality creative assets for some of the top mobile games in the world, including UA ads, ASO/store assets, social media content, key visuals, video templates, storyboards, and performance‑driven iterations. /p ul liProduce high‑quality static and video marketing assets from briefs, benchmarks, and creative direction. /li liCreate polished graphic layouts, templates, key visuals, store assets, SoMe posts, and UA creatives. /li liDevelop video templates, key frames, simple edits, storyboards, and performance variations for short‑form marketing content. /li liUse AI tools as part of the creative process, refining outputs through prompt iteration, compositing, paintovers, retouching, and final polish. /li liWork mainly with Photoshop, and use Premiere and After Effects for editing, timing, keyframes, and template adaptation. /li liCollaborate with the Lead Artist, Art Director, and wider creative teams to ensure assets align with brand guidelines, art direction, storytelling, and production standards. /li liParticipate in brainstorms and creative exploration, including occasional support on video hooks and new visual concepts. /li liDeliver fast, high‑quality iterations based on feedback, KPIs, and creative performance data. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in marketing art, production art, visual design, or creative asset production, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or mobile‑first content. /li liFamiliarity with AI art pipelines, prompt writing, and image refinement tools. /li liStrong portfolio showing both static and video work, ideally from brief, sketch, storyboard, or concept through to final execution. /li liExcellent Adobe Photoshop skills, especially in layout, compositing, retouching, and final image polish. /li liMedium‑level skills in Premiere and After Effects for editing, adapting templates, timing, keyframes, and producing polished marketing videos. /li liStrong graphic design fundamentals: layout, typography, composition, color, hierarchy, lighting, and visual balance. /li liGood understanding of UA, ASO, and social media creative formats. /li liStrong design taste, attention to craft, and ability to deliver polished assets under fast‑paced timelines. /li liAbility to create sketches, storyboards, key frames, and rough layouts to develop ideas before final production. /li liGood understanding of art direction and visual storytelling. /li liFluent English communication skills, both spoken and written. /li liComfortable collaborating with international teams and stakeholders. /li /ul h3Bonus Points /h3 ul liExperience with 3D tools. /li liExperience with Unity or game engine captures. /li liFast sketching skills for ideation and storyboarding. /li liExperience creating hooks for short‑form UA videos. /li liExperience with production tracking and collaborative project tools. /li liPlease include a portfolio or PDF/links to examples of your work in the application.
