Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. /p h3Purpose: /h3 ul liThe Lead Civil Engineer is responsible for the technical assurance compliance of the CONTRACTOR to the COMPANY’s specific discipline scope, specifications, respective governing codes standards industry best practices. Roles responsibilities includes reviews approvals of discipline related documentation (secure technical authority approval for Class 1 documents), participation in discipline progress meetings with Contractor counter-part, Planned design review sessions, review resolution of discipline specific Technical queries, verification of discipline specific concession requests (as applicable) provide input (approval or rejection) with justification. /li liSupport Procurements activities relevant documents review approvals, VENDOR documents review, physical inspection as required. /li liSupport Construction commissioning activities by involvement in respective Discipline inspections punch listing activities as applicable for release of respective certifications (DAC/MC,, /li liVerification of Final discipline specific Documentation Database at handover confirm completeness correctness. /li liPMC ADNOC experiences are preferrable. /li /ul h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liChampion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities. /li liIdentifying, evaluating, and resolving Project Management issues during the early work phase and FEED phases of the Project. /li liIdentifying, evaluating, and resolving electrical Engineering issues. /li liAct on behalf of and as authorized by Owner, on all matters with respect to the EPC / FEED Contractor and shall coordinate Project activities. /li liReview and approve within the specified approval durations, the Contractor key deliverables and other works within the electrical discipline, ensuring compliance with design requirements which involves the interpretation and review of calculations, specifications, plans, investigations, surveys, structures, system or equipment with relatively few complex features. /li liAttend regular or as needed meetings at EPC / FEED Contractor’s Engineering offices and construction Site offices to discuss the progress of EPC / FEED Contractor’s Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities. /li liReview and approve the following Contractor’s deliverables /li liReview and approve key design documents from Vendors, equipment manufacturers or Subcontractors and prepare comments and recommendations incorporating any comments received from the Owner. /li liAttend technical meeting with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors. /li liAttend all Project technical sessions by the Contractor such as: Design Review Meetings, 3D Model Review Meeting, Constructability, SIL, EIA, HAZOP and HAZID etc. /li liEnsuring that the Project quality procedures are established maintained and implemented by the EPC / FEED Contractor. /li liEnsure quality and accuracy of Contractor’s Engineering design activities, system integration, and design selection. /li liSupervise and manage the review and approval of Contractor’s work, ensuring compliance with Owner and Project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and industry best practices. /li liCoordinate the required Engineering participation in the development and analysis of various design options and business models. Contribute input and expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models to ensure design optimization and validation for the Owner. /li liCoordinate other discipline Engineer’s participation in layout reviews, design reviews, and technical workshops. /li liProvide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline Engineers. /li liCoordinate auditing activities of the EPC / FEED Contractor and ensure that the recommendations for improvement are implemented. /li liManage and coordinate interface activities between the EPC / FEED Contractor, Owner as well as with outside third parties. /li liCoordinate technical reviews and analysis during vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation. /li liCoordinate the review of technical bid submissions and perform technical bid analysis. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience: /h3 ul liA bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university, with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil Gas or Petrochemical industry, including a minimum of five (5) years (preferred) in the GCC region. /li liMust have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position on major Oil Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers. /li liADNOC Offshore project experience is required /li liExperience with ADNOC projects and offshore facilities is required. /li liProven experience in FEED and EPC projects, preferably involving major offshore developments.br/ /li /ul h3Moving forward together /h3 pWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
