Actualmente estamos seleccionando un Conserje de noche para el departamento de recepción en nuestro hotel de 4* en Barcelona y en Sant Feliu de Llobregat. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Recibir las incidencias surgidas en el turno anterior. Controlar la ocupación del establecimiento para posibles reservas de última hora, o bien para gestionar las llegadas. Gestionar las entradas pendientes del día, realiza el registro o check-in de los clientes que llegan durante la madrugada. Realizar la facturación y gestiona la salida de los primeros clientes de la mañana. Controlar la facturación y el cierre administrativo del día de todos y cada uno de los departamentos operativos del hotel. Llevar a cabo el cierre informático del día. Elaborar listados de ocupación y producción para distribuirlos posteriormente a los responsables de los departamentos establecidos. Preparar los listados de llegada y salidas propios del departamento de recepción para organizar el trabajo de los turnos de mañana y tarde. ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para la vacante? Experiencia mínima de 1 año en recepción de hoteles de categoría. Nivel alto de inglés y valorable otro idioma europeo.
