Overview You will lead Fever’s China market entry, aligning global product strategy with local user realities. Working from Madrid with cross-functional partners, you translate market insights into a clear product roadmap and GTM plan. You’ll own the vision, drive localization, and measure impact with a China-focused lens. Compensaciones / Beneficios • base salary with potential for significant bonus, • stock options, • 40% discount on Fever events, • home office friendly, • health insurance and Cobee benefits, • English lessons, Gympass membership, Payflow salary advance Responsabilidades • Own the product vision and roadmap for Fever’s China market entry, • Translate market realities into a prioritized, actionable product strategy, • Bridge Fever’s Madrid-based teams with Chinese market needs across product, engineering, and design, • Decompose market-entry opportunities into concrete actions with measurable outcomes, • Analyze product and market performance, hypothesize, test, and improve metrics for China, • Develop features from ideation to release, considering local payments, super-app integrations, and regulatory requirements, • Build a compelling GTM strategy and secure internal buy-in, • Advise leadership on China-specific product, partnerships, and localization decisions Requisitos principales • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, • 5+ years of product management experience, • Native Mandarin Chinese with high English proficiency, • Deep familiarity with the Chinese digital ecosystem and consumer behavior, • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and complex product cycles, • Experience partnering with engineering and design across cultures, • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven decision making, • Ability to manage multiple projects independently, • Curiosity, adaptability to new technologies and markets, • High ownership, urgency, and drive in a fast-paced environment, • Persistence and a whatever-it-takes attitude, • cross-functional collaboration, • communication across linguistic and cultural contexts, • ownership and initiative, • data-driven decision making, • A/B testing and lean validations, • market-entry strategy
