CRO / Landing Page Specialist Department: Growth — Marketing Reports to: Marketing Growth Manager Type: Full-time About Memorae Memorae is an AI-native personal memory agent that helps people remember, organize, and act on everything that matters in their lives. We operate across WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and a native mobile app—meeting users where they already communicate, not forcing them into yet another tool. Built around a proprietary dual-memory architecture, Memorae captures information from conversations, transforms it into structured knowledge, and proactively delivers the right information at the right moment. We are building the memory layer above all your apps. In just 14 months since launch, Memorae has reached over 200,000 users, backed by a recently closed Seed round led by a top US-based venture fund. We are experiencing strong growth in both user adoption and engagement, with a well-positioned runway and a clear path to our next institutional fundraise. The company operates with headquarters in Andorra la Vella, engineering operations in New Delhi, and a growing distributed team across Europe and Latin America. The Role Memorae is running a massive landing page experimentation program—dozens of pages across multiple psychological archetypes, pricing variants, visual treatments, and traffic-source-specific routing. The CRO / Landing Page Specialist owns the results of this entire system. This is not a traditional CRO analyst who writes reports about button colors. You are a builder-analyst hybrid: someone who can design experiments, code landing pages, analyze results, and make fast decisions about what to scale, iterate, or kill. You combine conversion rate optimization expertise with hands-on front-end development skills—specifically, you are comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools (vibecoding with Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or similar) to rapidly build and iterate on landing pages without waiting for an engineering queue. You own the full LP lifecycle: hypothesis → build → deploy → measure → decide. You work hand-in-hand with the Paid Media team to ensure that every traffic source has an optimized landing experience, and you coordinate bi-weekly CRO sprints with design to queue, execute, and review experiments. Key ResponsibilitiesLanding Page Experimentation & Optimization • Own the Landing Page OS: deploy, test, and optimize landing pages across multiple psychological archetypes and audience segments, • Build and ship new landing pages rapidly using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Bolt, or similar vibecoding workflows), • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages: headline copy, pricing display, offer architecture, visual treatment (dark vs. light mode), CTA placement, social proof, and urgency triggers, • Implement traffic-source-specific routing: ensure users from Meta, Google, TikTok, and organic channels land on optimized pages, • Target: deploy 5+ new landing page variants per week, with 25+ live by end of April and 50+ by end of quarterConversion Analysis & Decision-Making, • Track LP performance by source, archetype, and variant: conversion rate, bounce rate, time-on-page, scroll depth, and downstream trial conversion, • Make fast kill/scale decisions on LP variants based on statistical significance, not gut feeling, • Identify the top-performing pages and scale them while eliminating single-LP concentration risk, • Build and maintain an LP performance dashboard in coordination with the data team, • Document all experiment results with hypothesis, methodology, outcome, and actionable learningCRO Sprint Management, • Lead bi-weekly CRO sprints with the design team: queue next experiment batch, review completed tests, plan deployments, • Coordinate with the Paid Media team on traffic allocation to testing pages vs. proven winners, • Coordinate with the Creative team on LP visual consistency with ad creatives, • Manage the full experiment lifecycle: registration, deployment, monitoring, statistical validation, and closureTechnical Execution, • Build landing pages using modern front-end technologies (React, Next.js, or similar) with AI-assisted development as the primary workflow, • Implement tracking pixels, event tracking, and analytics integration on all landing pages, • Ensure all pages are mobile-first, fast-loading, and compliant with platform requirements, • Manage deployment pipelines for rapid LP iteration without engineering bottlenecks What Success Looks Like • 50+ landing page variants live and being tested by end of quarter, • Single-LP concentration eliminated permanently—top 5 performers identified and scaling, • LP conversion rates improve measurably throughout the quarter with documented evidence, • CRO sprints run on a reliable cadence with clear experiment queues and decision logs, • You ship LP variants in hours, not days—vibecoding eliminates the engineering bottleneck entirely Requirements • 2+ years in CRO, growth marketing, or landing page optimization with direct responsibility for conversion metrics, • Hands-on front-end development skills: you can build and ship landing pages yourself, not just spec them, • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Bolt, Replit, or similar vibecoding workflows)—this is a core skill, not a nice-to-have, • Strong A/B testing methodology: hypothesis design, sample size calculation, statistical significance, and structured documentation, • Experience with analytics and tracking setup: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar; pixel implementation; event tracking, • Experience optimizing landing pages for paid traffic (Meta, Google, TikTok) with awareness of traffic-source behavior differences, • Understanding of pricing psychology, offer architecture, and persuasion frameworks for subscription products, • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)—the working language is English, • Spanish and/or Catalan is a strong plus given the team and market context, • Experience in subscription/SaaS or consumer app landing page optimization is highly valued Location & Employment Structure • Andorra la Vella (salaried position with Andorran fiscal benefits — preferred), • Barcelona, Spain (contractor / autónomo arrangement)
