What we’re looking for We’re looking for a sales talent with an entrepreneurial mindset – someone who can inspire customers, open up new markets, and help shape the future of our company. Your role • Develop and implement our sales strategy – from lead generation to closing deals., • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and real estate developers., • Identify new market opportunities in Mallorca and beyond, and turn them into measurable growth., • Contribute your own ideas and help shape the strategic direction of the business. Your skills • Strong sales skills and enthusiasm for high-end materials and design., • Excellent Spanish and English skills (German is an advantage)., • Experience in the construction or real estate sector is beneficial – but drive and motivation matter most., • Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and a hands-on attitude.
