ph3About the Role /h3pSupport the evaluation and execution of Joint Venture (JV) and MA opportunities by owning the business plan and financial modeling for each case. Deliver robust analysis, scenario modeling and clear presentations that enable decision‑making and value creation, coordinating primarily with internal teams (Finance, Strategy, Operations, Product) and supporting Day‑1 readiness and performance tracking under the guidance of the Head of JV Development. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPre‑deal signing: Support Head of JV development in BP incl. synergy identification quantification, commercial agreement TOM definition, day‑1 integration preparation and coordination with MA team. /liliPost‑deal signing: Support coordination of “day‑1 integration” with central teams and definition implementation of value creation plan (6‑month plan for small deals such as Civitfun, 18+ month plan for complex deals). /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliBusiness Plan Value Creation: Advanced ability to build, challenge, and deliver business plans for JV/MA, including synergy identification, value creation levers, and robust financial modeling. /liliAdvanced Excel Financial Modeling: Expert use of formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, scenario/sensitivity analysis; DCF; cash flow/NPV, synergy and KPI trackers. /liliTarget Operating Model (TOM) Design: Proven experience designing and implementing TOMs for new ventures, ensuring fit with a verticalized organization and seamless integration. /liliCross‑Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and influence across Legal, Tax, Finance, MA, and operational teams to deliver integrated solutions. /liliStrategic Analytical Thinking: Strong capability to assess strategic fit, evaluate market opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. /liliConceptual Analytical Problem Solving: Structured, data‑driven approaches to break down complex business challenges, identify root causes, and quantify impact. /liliFinancial Acumen: Mastery of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and scenario modeling to support investment decisions and track performance. /liliCommunication Executive Presence: Ability to distill complex issues into clear, compelling presentations and recommendations for executive audiences and governance forums. /liliResults Orientation Negotiation: Focus on delivering measurable outcomes, capturing synergies, and driving continuous improvement; advanced negotiation to align diverse interests. /liliCultural Agility Interpersonal Skills: Experience working in multicultural, cross‑border environments and building strong relationships at all levels. /liliProject Management Coaching: Lead cross‑functional projects in JV, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget; delegate, train, and motivate team members. /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulliMinimum of 3 years managing strategy transformation projects at a general organization or top‑tier Strategy Consulting firm, with direct involvement in at least 3 JV/MA transactions (including both commercial due diligence and post‑merger integration). /liliInvolvement in the design of Target Operating Models, value creation plans, or post‑merger integration workstreams is highly valued. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliAttractive benefits package. /liliInnovative, engaging and multicultural working environment. /liliOpportunity to build strong business relationships globally. /liliCareer development locally or across vibrant global locations. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3pAt HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
