The Role We’re looking for a highly driven, sharp, and hands-on Personal Assistant to the CEO. This is a high-impact role at the center of the business—supporting both professional and personal matters, managing priorities, and ensuring everything runs at speed. What You’ll Do • Act as the CEO’s gatekeeper and right hand, managing priorities and protecting time, • Handle global travel planning (flights, hotels, visas, logistics), with occasional travel alongside the CEO, • Manage a dynamic and fast-changing calendar (business + personal), • Take ownership of emails and communications, responding or acting on behalf of the CEO, • Prepare meetings, ensure follow-ups, and track key action points, • Support with administrative and operational tasks (contracts, invoices, payments, documents), • Organise meetings, events, and key moments—both business and personal, • Coordinate all matters related to the CEO’s properties and personal logistics, • Be ready to jump in, solve problems, and make things happen What We’re Looking For • A true “make it happen” mindset—execution-focused and solution-driven, • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail, • Ability to prioritise fast and operate under pressure, • High level of discretion and trustworthiness, • Excellent communication skills across all levels, • Proactive and resourceful—you stay one step ahead, • Independent, fast executor with strong ownership mentality, • Comfortable managing last-minute changes and complexity, • Flexible and adaptable, including availability outside standard hours Experience & Skills • 3+ years in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment, • Fluent in English and Spanish (French is a plus), • Strong travel coordination and organisational capabilities, • Valid EU driver’s licence Why Join HYPE This is not just another assistant role.
