From Supply Chain Area and supporting all the areas beneath, we are looking for a Procurement (more logistic side) Contracting Advisor who will be responsible for the following activities: Corporate: • Participate in preparation of new packages of the logistics contracting conditions to cover particular market needs., • Participate in the improvement of the standards of the procurement (logistics) contracting conditions to adapt them to the current market needs by monitoring and analysing amendments, modifications and deviations from the project procurement contracting conditions in coordination with the involved departments/areas., • Supporting other procurement departments in implementing the procurement contracting conditions by aligning them with their procedures., • Facilitate the understanding with the Legal Department and other disciplines (e.g. taxes, compliance, project administration, insurance, sustainability and similar) related to contractual matters., • Preparation/revision of contractual conditions of corporate agreements related to the Procurement area (logistic aspects), • Training on the contracting conditions., • Advising of general doubts related to contractual matters. Projects: • Monitoring and supervising the correct preparation of the documents of the Project Procurement Contracting Conditions., • Supervising amendments and modifications to the Project Procurement Contracting Conditions to guarantee coherence and risk mitigation with Project requirements and needs., • Monitoring the alignment of the Project Procurement contractual requirements across the disciplines involved., • Monitoring the correct compilation and file of the Project Procurement Contracting Conditions., • Advising the Seller’s/Subcontractor’s deviations from the Project Procurement Contracting Conditions., • Solving doubts, conflicts and disagreements related to the Project Procurement Contracting Conditions and Purchase Orders along the Project life cycle. Working on the logistic side of the contracts, the requirements that are needed are the following: • Law degree (bachelor's or law degree)., • Specialisation in maritime law or international law with a maritime focus., • Master's or master's degree in maritime law, public/private international law, or international arbitration (optional but highly valued)., • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., charters, maritime safety, IMO courses, patents, or licenses, if applicable in your country)., • Key technical knowledge, • Private and public international law applicable to maritime transport., • Maritime contracts: charters, contracts of carriage, letters of credit, hull and cargo insurance., • Knowledge of various types of charter parties, such as voyage charter, time charter, etc., as well as the variations of different regulatory bodies (BIMCO, The Baltic Exchange, The International Chamber of Shipping, The International Association of Independent Tanker Owners (Intertanko); Classification Societies such as DNV, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), and Bureau Veritas; and maritime information providers such as Lloyd's Register and Clarkson Research.), • Navigation and port regulations: corporate law, competition law, customs, and port regime., • Marine insurance (hull, cargo, protection, and indemnity policies)., • Knowledge of the limits of liability of logistics companies, as well as their mandatory insurance coverage., • Incoterms, • Claims Management, • Contractual Negotiations, • English and Spanish Proficiency

The Concierge owns the guest’s overall Group, Loyalty & Concierge Class experience, offering a seamless execution of premium service that is both exceptional and memorable. As part of the Guest Relations team, the Concierge is the liaison between the Guest, Groups/Wedding/Events/Charter corporate teams, Loyalty Corporate teams and all Hotel and Marine Departments, proactively anticipating every guest’s needs and expectations. The Concierge must possess outstanding hospitality, communication and organizational skills in addition to effective decision-making abilities. Paying keen attention to detail, the Concierge is held fully accountable for the quality of their groups and guests’ overall personalized experience. This individual will work in a team of Concierges who take full ownership and accountability for any concerns, questions and queries to the highest level of expectation. The Concierge provides a personalized guest service experience, where the anticipation of guests’ needs, and expectations are executed in a flawless timely manner Qualifications: • SHIPBOARD Employment type, • Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests., • 2-3 yrs background experience as Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5 * Hotel., • Experience in handling different types of events with 80+ guests., • Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage. Essential duties and responsibilities: • Acts as primary contact, advocate and representative for all guests, with increased focus on the V.I.P list, Loyalty, Groups and Concierge Class, reacting efficiently and effectively to achieve impeccable results. Accountable owners of the seamless execution of all Group, Loyalty and Concierge events, their organization and the stakeholders who facilitate., • Responds to escalated guest concerns in an up-scale, considerate, professional and positive manner, showing empathy and actively listening, • Maintains the physical appearance and ambiance of the Concierge lounge, Loyalty Spaces and conference rooms and materials ensuring a clean organized, fully stocked, welcoming and luxury environment, • Maintains complete knowledge of all brand features, ship related information, revenue products, information, voyage/destination related information, guest information and preferences, • Coordinates guests’ special requests for personalized services, such as transportation, restaurant reservations, various activities and services, wine, spa, shore excursions, flowers, tailor service, and baby-sitting etc., • As an Officer, leads by example by maintaining a firm, calm composure in all situations, treats all guest and crew with equal humility and respect, champions cleanliness and orderliness when walking all guest and crew areas by correct reporting and ownership, greets all guest and crew following WAYS philosophy and takes full ownership of all guest and crew occurrences that require direction and leadership.
