🆕The Medical Network Specialist will be responsible for the management, expansion, and optimization of the national healthcare provider network (e.g., facilities, professionals, diagnostic centers) that collaborates with the company to deliver healthcare and assistance services. The role involves contract negotiation, performance monitoring, relationship management, and continuous improvement of the quality of services provided to insured members. You will report to the Responsible of Medical Networks for the Mediterranean Region and will operate within a dynamic and international environment. 📌Responsabilities • Negotiate contracts and financial terms with partners., • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service quality., • Collaborate with internal teams (Claims, Customer Care, IT, Legal) to ensure efficiency and compliance., • Conduct Audits and periodic evaluations of providers through a structured visit plan., • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the network., • Support strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives. ✔️ Your profile Hard skills • Degree in economics, law, healthcare, or related fields preferred., • Fluent spoken and written English; Portuguese language skills are a plus., • Previous knowledge in managing healthcare providers or health service delivery networks., • Knowledge of healthcare and insurance regulations (e.g., GDPR, accreditation)., • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in diverse teams., • Strong customer and results orientation., • Negotiation and conflict management skills., • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities., • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. 🏆What we offer • A dynamic and innovation-driven work environment., • Opportunities for professional growth., • Continuous training and development., • Full-time schedule with split shifts (Monday–Thursday) and intensive shift (Friday).
