Estamos en búsqueda de personas cuidadoras de personas dependientes, apasionadas y comprometidas para unirse a nuestro equipo de la delegación de TERRASSA/SABADELL. Las personas seleccionadas serán las responsables de supervisar y asistir en el domicilio a personas con distintos niveles de dependencia o discapacidad, asegurando su bienestar y su calidad de vida. FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO: • Proporcionar atención personal en las actividades básicas de la vida diaria (higiene personal, alimentación, ...) es decir todas las relacionadas con el autocuidado de la persona dependiente., • Administración de medicación según pauta farmacológica (receta electrónica) dispensada por su médico de referencia., • Realizar el mantenimiento del hogar o preparación de comidas adaptadas a la persona asistida teniendo en cuenta sus preferencias y hábitos., • Colaborar y mantener comunicación fluida con la familia o familiar de referencia y otras personas profesionales involucradas en el cuidado para garantizar una atención integral a la persona asistida., • Ofrecer compañía y apoyo emocional a la socialización y el bienestar de la persona asistida, así como ayudar a mantener su autonomía y sus capacidades., • Mantener un ambiente seguro y confortable en el hogar para la persona asistida., • Capacidad para detectar cambios o nuevas necesidades de la persona asistida para poder informar a las personas responsables de la entidad. REQUISITOS: • DNI, NIE, permiso de residencia y permiso de trabajo en vigor., • Experiencia previa en el cuidado de personas dependientes., • Valorable formación en atención a personas dependientes, atención socio sanitaria y otras formaciones relacionadas.
