About the Role: We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can turn raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive product improvements, growth initiatives, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will partner with Product, Growth, Operations, and Leadership to transform complex datasets into meaningful narratives that guide decision-making across the company. You’ll have the autonomy to shape our analytical frameworks, influence key metrics, and help define how data is used inside a fast-growing business. Key responsibilities: Business & Product Insights • Enable Product, Growth, and Operations teams to make informed, evidence-based decisions., • Design and maintain key metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks., • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and feature adoption to identify opportunities and bottlenecks. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with leadership to establish success criteria for strategic initiatives., • Partner with multiple teams on ad-hoc analyses that clarify performance and shape company strategy., • Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Data Quality & Operational Excellence • Clean, transform, and structure large datasets for accuracy and usability., • Help improve data reliability and documentation across the organization.
