Shape Gram's supply chain as we scale Gram is an industrial weighing solutions manufacturer with the ambition to disrupt our sector and become an AI-first manufacturer in industrial weighing. We're scaling fast across Europe, and our supply chain needs to scale with us. We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager who improves the process, not just runs it: someone close enough to the operational detail to catch problems before they become delays, with real ownership across sourcing, logistics and production planning. What You'll Own Inventory control — Keep stock levels balanced between availability and holding cost, catching issues before they become shortages or overstock. Demand forecasting — Read sales trends and market data to predict demand and feed accurate procurement and production plans. Purchase order management — Process, track and chase purchase orders through to fulfilment. Delivery control — Hold suppliers and carriers to delivery timelines and conditions, and solve problems as they come up, not after. Inbound and outbound logistics — Coordinate the flow of raw materials and goods in, and finished products out. Container management for China orders — Coordinate imports, track containers, and work directly with suppliers and freight forwarders. Customs import management — Manage customs clearance for goods from China: documentation, compliance, timely release. Special order management — Handle the orders that fall outside standard process: high-quantity requests, customisations, special shipments. Master data maintenance — Keep product, supplier and price list data accurate and current across systems. Production planning — Manage production planning and capacity for a consistent, efficient flow of goods. Supplier management — Select, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to improve cost and lead time. Supplier quality management — Own audits, non-conformance management and corrective action follow-up. Finance coordination — Budget, control and plan supply chain-related expenses jointly with Finance. Marketing and Engineering coordination — Communicate product changes to suppliers and ensure they land correctly. Phase-out and phase-in management — Coordinate product discontinuation (inventory liquidation, closing supplier commitments) and new product launches (availability, lead time and quality from day one). Who We're Looking For Track record over tenure. Minimum 2 years in at least one company, with growing responsibility along the way. Stock and international suppliers. Hands-on experience managing physical inventory and working with suppliers abroad. Sourcing experience in Asian countries is a strong plus. Close to the operation. You know why the container is delayed or why a supplier missed a spec. If you've moved into people management, it's a recent step, earned from an individual contributor role in a small team. AI-first in practice. You already use AI tools to forecast, analyse and solve problems faster, and can show us how. On top of that, we need: Experience: 4+ years in supply chain, procurement or logistics management, ideally within a manufacturing, logistics or industrial environment. Sourcing knowledge: Proven experience managing imports and container logistics from Asia, including customs clearance. Technical skills: Strong command of ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus) and Excel for demand and inventory analysis. Key competencies: Strong negotiation and supplier management, an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing and Engineering. Languages: Fluent English and Spanish. What We Offer The chance to shape the supply chain of an AI-first industrial weighing manufacturer as we scale across Europe. A dynamic, hands-on role with real ownership — not a seat removed from the operation. Indefinite contract. #J-18808-Ljbffr

About the role We are creating a new Product Manager position to strengthen GRAM's team as part of our ongoing effort to elevate the company's structure and keep growing and innovating in the industrial weighing sector. This person will take full ownership of our product portfolio and act as the connection point between R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. It is a central role that needs dedicated focus, and one of the key additions we are making to the team at this stage of the company. It is also a role we are deliberately designing as AI-first. GRAM is becoming an AI-first manufacturer in a sector that has barely moved in decades, and this position sits at the centre of that. AI is not a side project here or a tool someone uses occasionally. It is the default starting point for how we work, and we expect whoever takes this role to work the same way. About our products GRAM manufactures industrial weighing instruments. Our products combine a significant mechanical component, integrated electronics, and embedded software, all designed for industrial environments. We reach our customers through both direct online sales via our e-commerce platform and through a network of distributors across multiple countries. This is not a software product role, and we are not looking for someone from that background. If your experience is in SaaS, Agile ceremonies, and user story mapping, you will probably find our world unfamiliar. What we need is someone who understands how industrial products are designed, manufactured, documented, and sold, and who can speak credibly with engineers as well as with commercial teams. Tasks What you will do You will own our products end to end. Concretely, that means: New product launches. You will run the launch of new products as an end to end project, coordinating everything that needs to happen across departments: the product catalogue, technical manuals, translations into all the languages we sell in, publication on our websites, launch newsletter, entry in the price list, packaging definition, sales team training, and product setup in our ERP. When we launch, you are the person responsible for making sure it all lands correctly. Product updates and new features. When R&D adds a new feature to an existing product or releases an improved version, you translate that into what each department needs: the updated materials for marketing, the talking points and training for the sales team, the specification updates for operations, and the revised content for our web presence. Ongoing product ownership. You will make sure every product in our catalogue has up to date, accurate, and relevant information across all our channels. Manuals, specifications, images, web content, technical documentation. The experience that any customer or distributor has when looking up our products online should be consistent, current, and useful. Bringing the market back to R&D. You will collect and synthesise feedback from sales teams, distributors, and customers, and bring that voice into our R&D discussions. Our product direction should be shaped by what the market actually needs, and you are the person who makes sure that signal reaches the people who build the products. Sales team training. You will train our commercial teams on new products, new features, and the technical detail they need to sell well. You are the technical reference point they turn to when they need to understand how something works. Working AI-first. You will use AI every day as a working tool, including for tasks that used to require briefing engineers, designers, or content specialists. Prototyping a screen to validate a concept before it goes to R&D, drafting and translating documentation across our five languages, turning support data into product insight, building the first version of a feature presentation. If you would once have delegated it and waited, the expectation now is that you try it yourself first. We do not need an AI engineer. We need someone who reaches for AI by default and has the judgement to know where it adds value and where it does not. Requirements What we are looking for An engineer, or someone with equivalent technical formation and the mindset that goes with it. Our products are mechanical, electronic, and software integrated, and you need to genuinely understand what is inside them to represent them well to the rest of the business. Beyond the technical background, the person we hire needs to have a proactive, doer mentality. This is not a role with everything set up and waiting for someone to execute. It needs to be shaped by whoever takes it on, and the beginning will not be easy. We are looking for someone with the energy and drive to define how product management works at GRAM, build the processes that are missing, and push things forward without waiting for instructions. If you have spent your career in large, heavily structured organisations and what you want next is the opposite (more ownership, less politics, more direct impact, more speed), this is built for you. If you are most comfortable when there are several layers of approval before anything moves, this is not the place. Concretely, the person we hire should: 1. Enjoy working across multiple departments and be comfortable with the coordination side of product work, while constantly looking for ways to use AI to take the repetitive parts off your plate. 2. Translate well between engineers, salespeople, marketers, and operations people, each of whom has a different language and different priorities. 3. Be organised and reliable. Much of this work is about making sure many parallel tasks land on time and in coordination with each other. 4. Use AI as a default working tool, with the judgement to know when to trust it and when to override it. 5. Communicate clearly in English and in Spanish. Catalan is a plus. 6. Have experience with industrial or B2B technical products in companies that sell both directly and through distribution networks. We are less interested in formal Product Management certifications than in evidence that you have done this kind of work well in a real company with real products. Benefits What we offer A role with genuine impact at a company going through a serious transformation. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the heads of R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Your decisions will shape how our products reach the market and how our product range evolves over time. Competitive compensation and a working environment that values direct communication and genuine ownership. We are a company in motion, not a bureaucracy, and the person who takes this role will have real space to define how product management works at GRAM. About GRAM GRAM Group is a manufacturer of industrial weighing instruments with a long history in the sector. We are currently rebuilding how we think about technology, product, and the way we work as a company. This is a good moment to join if you want to help shape something, rather than fit into an existing mould.
