We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and creative Digital Content Specialist with a positive attitude and a strong team spirit. The ideal candidate is up to date with the latest trends and knows how to translate them into impactful campaigns, photo shoots, video editing, digital strategies, and ads. Design and implement the digital content strategy in alignment with the overall corporate strategy, while monitoring performance through KPIs across multiple channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and landing pages. Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms. Plan, organize, and execute the social media content calendar. Manage digital marketing assets such as landing pages, microsites, banners, rich media ads, and social ads (including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn campaigns). Create, produce, and edit video content. Manage and monitor digital campaigns and initiatives across various social media channels. Analyze campaign performance, draw conclusions, and propose new ideas for continuous improvement. Update and manage content through CMS platforms and digital screen management tools. Prepare benchmarks to improve content strategy, identify new formats, and develop creative concepts. Provide support for events and other departmental tasks as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is a plus. At least 3 years of experience in digital content management and communication . Proficiency in photo and video editing tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut, After Effects, Premiere, or similar visual design software. Creative and curious mindset, with proven experience in creating and managing audiovisual content for video and social media. Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools. High level of English proficiency.
