Senior Meta Ads Specialist (Full-Time) 40 hours/week in US Business Hours. Client Company Overview: Our client company is a boutique marketing agency specializing in local wineries and distilleries across the United States. Unlike traditional eCommerce marketing, this role focuses on driving local awareness, event attendance, and community engagement through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), rather than online purchases. We are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist who can take full ownership of accounts, craft high-performing ad copy, and proactively manage campaigns in a fast-moving, less structured client environment. Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), • Drive key outcomes such as:, • Event attendance (e.g., trivia nights, live music, launches), • Engagement with Facebook Events (Interested / Going), • Lead generation for private events, • Local awareness and traffic, • Write compelling, high-performing ad copy tailored to each brand’s voice, • Analyze client assets (website, social media, brand guidelines) to inform messaging, • Conduct weekly research on client brands to stay updated on events, promotions, and announcements, • Proactively suggest new campaign ideas, messaging angles, and improvements, • Manage multiple client accounts (~20 accounts, most light-touch weekly), • Take full ownership of campaign performance without relying on constant direction Qualifications • Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, with a strong focus on engagement, awareness, and traffic objectives rather than pure eCommerce conversions, • Strong understanding of local and radius-based targeting, with the ability to effectively reach audiences within specific geographic areas, • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling, event-driven messaging that aligns with different brand voices, • Ability to independently analyze a brand’s social presence, website, and positioning to create relevant and effective campaigns, • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of accounts, proactively identifying opportunities and improving performance without constant direction, • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment, • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in situations with limited or last-minute client input, • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance copywriting, research, and workflow efficiency Preferred Qualifications • Experience running campaigns for local businesses, events, hospitality, or lifestyle brands, • Background in D2C or eCommerce advertising (transferable performance marketing skills), • Familiarity with lead generation campaigns and Meta lead forms, • Experience with additional paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, other social platforms), • Ability to think from a business owner’s perspective, creating campaigns that drive real-world outcomes (e.g., foot traffic, event attendance)
