A day in your life as a Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist, here at Qalea • Act as the main technical contact for our customers - guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and day-to-day platform adoption., • Own and run information security programs for several clients, acting as their go-to security advisor., • Configure and deploy Qalea’s cybersecurity tools (EDR, SIEM, automated pentesting, awareness training) according to each client’s needs., • Help customers implement security controls with Qalea’s platform, aligned with standards like ISO 27001, ENS, DORA, SOC 2 and NIS2., • Prepare clients for audits and certification processes by automating documentation and evidence collection through Qalea., • Act as a hands-on security expert - resolving issues, optimising configurations, and ensuring our tools provide effective protection in real-world environments., • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term customer success., • Work closely with product and engineering teams to bring customer feedback into the roadmap.
