As Group Financial Reporting Manager, you will take ownership of the Group’s internal reporting, consolidation, budgeting and forecasting processes across EMEA, the Americas, Asia and China , ensuring the business operates from a foundation of accuracy, insight, and strategic financial discipline. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders — including VP Finance BU leaders, Finance Cluster Managers, and Board-level executives — becoming the t rusted go-to expert for Group performance, quality of reporting, and continuous improvement of our global finance processes . This position reports to the Global EVP Finance of the Rigid Division and there is one person to manage. Lead the Group month-end close, acting as the primary contact for BU and site finance teams. Manage the Group budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring clarity, accuracy and accountability across all regions. Performance Analysis & Insight Produce insightful commercial sales analysis and support divisional leaders with data-driven decision-making. Prepare high-quality reporting packs for senior forums, including MMR and QBR presentations. Elevate the quality, consistency and impact of reporting across a global finance community of 375+ colleagues. Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems and controls. Enhance consolidation and analysis tools (Excel, Cognos, Hyperion) and promote best practices globally. Build strong partnerships with VP Finance, BU Finance leads, Cluster Finance Managers and site teams worldwide. Lead, coach and develop the Financial Planning Analyst, fostering a culture of curiosity and improvement. Communicate clearly and confidently with senior and board-level stakeholders. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) — ideally with first-time passes. Strong systems expertise (Excel; Fluency in English mandatory. French is a plus. Background in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, able to partner with senior stakeholders with confidence. Organised, deadline-driven and able to manage competing priorities in a global setting.
