ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONWe’re looking for a visionary Senior HR Systems Specialist to manage and optimize HRIS systems, focusing on configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user support while collaborating with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders. They play a crucial role in system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, including SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth transitions and effective training. Additionally, they analyze HR data to support decision-making and maintain data privacy and security.THIS APPEALS TO YOUManage and maintain the HRIS system, including system configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user support.Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and provide timely resolution or escalate issues as necessary.During our SAP SF implementation, contribute to requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing, training, and transition to business-as-usual and provide end-user support during hypercare, resolve incidents, and escalate complex issues when required.Perform routine audits and control checks to detect and address data inconsistencies or errors within the HRIS, including generating reports to pinpoint data quality issues.Develop, document, and maintain HR tool processes, procedures, and data management practices, while identifying and implementing improvements to enhance system efficiency, process consistency, and user satisfaction.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their requirements, develop solutions and areas for improvement, and streamline HR processes, including data integration with other systems.Provide technical support to HR users and develop and deliver HRIS training programs to ensure users can effectively navigate the system, utilize its functionalities, and follow best practices.Support process reviews, configuration, functional testing, and data preparation activities.Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and integrations through testing, documentation, and training, while collaborating with IT and vendors to ensure smooth HRIS integration and address technical issues.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and recommend process enhancements or new tools that align with the organization's needs.Ensure data privacy and security by implementing and maintaining appropriate controls and protocols.Participate or lead in HR projects related to system implementations, system/process improvements, data migration and automation initiatives.THIS IS YOUProven experience in managing and optimizing HRIS systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and/or similar platforms.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.Hands-on experience with HR system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management principles, and data protection regulations.Experience in (HR) data platforms (e.g. SF, Microsoft Power Apps, Service Now HR or similar platforms) and data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP SAC, Power BI).Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in troubleshooting system issues while maintaining data integrity.Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.Continuous learning mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.WHY JOIN US?Competitive remuneration package: fixed part + bonus paid 2 times a year in March and September.
