Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support for IT infrastructure as and when tickets are raised. Perform hardware installation, replacement, upgrades, and routine maintenance. Handle cabling tasks including installation, termination, labeling, and testing. Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and hardware issues. Coordinate with remote support teams for diagnostics, guidance, and task execution. Support data center operations such as patching, racking/stacking, and equipment configuration. Skills & Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of hardware, networking, cabling, and data center environments. Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately. Good communication and documentation skills. Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise technical and cabling tasks. Flexibility to work in various environments and availability to respond to tickets on an as-needed basis. Note: This is a freelance/on-demand position, ideal for engineers who can be available for ad-hoc assignments depending on ticket requirements for a certain number of hours per month depending on incoming tickets raised by client.
