We are incorporating a new INSUDER as Administrative Support to join the Customer Service Regulatory Affairs team at our plant in León. The challenge! Carry out administrative and technical tasks to support the Regulatory Affairs department in the objective of new registration, maintenance or renewal of marketing authorisations worldwide. Keep all stakeholders informed of the progress of tasks related to regulatory requirements. • Administrative tasks related to legal documentation and samples required by Health Authorities for products’ registration worldwide, complying On Time-In Full with the deadlines set by regulatory department., • Scan of documentation and electronic filing, • Application of Certifications to Health Authorities and delivery to clients for registration purposes.., • Legalization and notarizations of documents required by health authorities or by the Regulatory Affairs Department., • Keep the regulatory databases updated., • Invoice expenses to clients, • Elaboration of reports or presentations, to facilitate the decision-making process., • Management of group mailboxes used in the Customer Service Regulatory Affairs Department., • Archive of physical and electronic documents in the available servers or facilities., • Enter purchase or selling orders in SAP to pay fees, expenses, or issue invoices., • Use of computer tools provided by the company, attending training courses required to the correct use of them., • Bachelor's degree or professional training, preferably in business administration or international trade., • SAP, • Experience in international trade, shipment of materials, preparation of customs documentation., • Microsoft Office skills, with special emphasys in Excel and Power BI, • Flexible start time from Monday to Friday (full-time)., • Permanent contract., • Attractive salary package., • Life and accident insurance., • Benefits and Savings Club., • Training and language learning platform, • Wellness platform with unlimited free psychologist sessions, • Development plans, internal mobility policy.
