Herramientas, sistemas y digitalización • Asegurar el uso correcto y homogéneo de las herramientas operativas del punto de venta (POS, stock, reporting)., • Participar activamente en proyectos de digitalización y mejora de sistemas Retail colaborando con IT en la definición y despliegue de soluciones operativas. Coordinación transversal • Trabajar estrechamente con Global Retail, Finanzas, IT y Supply Chain., • Actuar como garante de la disciplina operativa del canal Retail. Perfil requerido: Formación y experiencia • Formación superior en ADE, Operaciones, Ingeniería o similar., • Experiencia mínima de 5–8 años en Retail Operations o roles equivalentes., • Experiencia sólida en definición, implementación y control de procesos operativos., • Experiencia en entornos retail especializados, moda, joyería o consumo organizado., • Alta exposición a redes de tiendas y operación multitienda.
