We are looking for a strategic thinker who lives at the intersection of Market Research, Brand Communication, and Marketing Strategy. The Role: We are building a complex platform and trying to define an entirely new category that merges ATS, LMS, and AI. To do this successfully, we need a clear and powerful strategic narrative. You will own our market intelligence and brand positioning. Your primary goal is to understand the market deeply and translate those insights into a killer go-to-market strategy, category creation, and brand messaging. While your research will provide incredibly valuable context to our product team, your main battlefield is marketing, communication, and market perception. What You Will Do: • Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct structured market research. Analyze industry trends, sector dynamics, and deep consumer insights to understand exactly what our clients need and how the market is moving., • Category Creation & Brand Narrative: Build the strategic foundation for our new ATS + LMS + AI category. Translate raw market insights into a clear, compelling brand narrative and positioning strategy., • Marketing Strategy & Communication: Detect quick wins in our current messaging and go-to-market execution. Ensure our brand voice is consistent, persuasive, and aligned with our strategic goals across all channels., • Cross-Functional Insights: Be the voice of the market within Tauniqo. Share your research findings with the Product team to help identify new needs or market gaps, ensuring our roadmap aligns with market reality. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in Market Research, Brand Strategy, Strategic Marketing, or related roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or tech., • Master Storyteller & Analyst: You are equally comfortable diving into raw market data as you are crafting a compelling, easy-to-understand brand narrative., • Category Builder: You understand how to position a brand in a crowded market and have experience (or a strong theoretical foundation) in defining and creating new categories., • Execution-Oriented: You don't just write research reports; you know how to turn that research into actionable marketing campaigns and messaging frameworks., • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
