Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: independently lead acquisition and negotiation processes for hotel projects in Spain and Portugal – from first contact to signed deal analyse potential sites and structures, develop feasibility studies, and shape tailor-made project strategies negotiate term sheets and contracts with property owners, investors, and developers coordinate internal and external stakeholders across all project phases – from design and technical planning to commercial evaluation continuously develop our internal toolbox (contract templates, cost benchmarks, planning standards, etc.) represent Ruby at industry events, drive PR opportunities, and manage key accounts throughout the project lifecycle support strategic decision-making through well-structured reports, presentations, and documentation We've been waiting for you, since you have/are: bring at least 3 years of experience in hotel development, ideally on operator side have a strong track record of independently closing deals and managing multi-stakeholder projects know the Spanish hotel and real estate market inside out – and ideally already have a valuable network there communicate fluently in English and Spanish (German is a plus) have a hands-on mentality, love taking ownership, and navigate complex situations with structure and confidence enjoy working with diverse teams and building long-term partnerships What's in for you? ¡Ampliamos equipo! Se precisa la incorporación de un/una cocinero/a con experiencia en restaurante a la carta con alto volumen de trabajo. Es imprescindible tener una experiencia mínima de 3 años en posición similar en establecimientos de gastronomía mediterránea. Imprescindible haber trabajado en la partida de cuarto frio y nociones en partida calientes. Se trabaja con producto de primera gama y se produce en el restaurante por lo que se requiere conocimientos en bases culinarias. El perfil se corresponde al de una persona con voluntad de trabajo, polivalencia, compañerismo y muy buenas aptitudes. Ofrecemos contrato indefinido a jornada completa y salario de 2153 euros brutos + incentivos. TURNO PARTIDO.

¡Ampliamos equipo en Bar Cañete! Se precisa la incorporación de dos camareros/as con experiencia en restaurante a la carta de tapas y platillos. Es imprescindible tener una experiencia mínima de 2 años como camarero/a en restaurantes de servicios donde se remonte constantemente. Es necesario que el candidato/a sepa gestionar su propio rango. El perfil se corresponde al de una persona extrovertida, con don de gentes, con elevada capacidad para trabajar bajo presión. Imprescindible dominio de inglés y castellano. Se valorará catalán y que tenga conocimientos en vinos. Flexibilidad horaria para trabajar en turno partido y seguido. Dos días de descanso, uno de ellos DOMINGO por cierre del restaurante. Se ofrece contrato indefinido a jornada completa y salario de 1892€ brutos + atractivas propinas.
