Huspy is one of the fastest-growing real estate technology companies in EMEA. Founded in Dubai in 2020, we now operate across 4 countries and 15 cities in the UAE, Spain, Saudi Arabia and Italy and we’re continuing to expand. Our mission is to transform the way professionals help people buy, sell and finance homes. We do this by combining best-in-class technology, a modern brand, a compelling commercial proposition and high-performing teams. We’ve raised more than $150 million from some of the world’s leading technology investors, including Sequoia Capital, Balderton Capital and Founders Fund. Through the Huspy Agent App and our solutions for mortgage brokers, we’re bringing cutting-edge technology to one of the largest and most traditional industries in the world. And we’re still just getting started. The question is: do you want to help us build what comes next? This role is based in Spain, but is not tied to a specific city. It requires travelling for extended periods across different regions. It is ideal for people who enjoy being on the move, working hands-on in dynamic environments and quickly adapting to different local contexts. As a Senior Sales Executive, you won’t simply be handed a list of leads to call. You’ll own a territory, a set of targets and the responsibility to figure out the best way to grow it. Your mission will be to identify, acquire and turn the best real estate professionals in Madrid into productive Huspy partners. That means combining commercial instinct, strategic thinking and strong execution. • Own your territory like a business: understand your market, identify where the biggest opportunities are, decide where to invest your time and build a strategy to grow it., • Find the right partners, not just more partners: segment the market, identify which profiles have the highest potential and prioritize the opportunities most likely to become meaningful commercial relationships for Huspy., • Build your own pipeline from scratch: create new opportunities using every channel available to you: outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, partnerships, in-person visits or any other approach that makes sense., • Understand before you sell: learn how each potential partner’s business works, what problems they face, what they value and what would need to be true for Huspy to become relevant to them., • Build the right value proposition: adapt your approach and commercial proposition to the person in front of you. We’re not looking for someone who repeats a script. We’re looking for someone who understands what makes people want to work with us., • Own the full commercial cycle: from identifying an opportunity to securing the meeting, building the relationship, negotiating, closing and making sure the partner starts generating business., • Turn market intelligence into action: understand what is happening in your territory, what competitors are doing, which profiles are growing, where new opportunities are emerging and what we should be doing differently., • Experiment constantly: test different messages, channels, segments and approaches; understand what works and scale what delivers the strongest results., • Focus on real commercial outcomes: your success won’t be measured only by activity or by the number of partners acquired, but by the quality of the relationships you build and the business they generate., • Help us build a stronger sales machine: share learnings, identify patterns and turn what works into processes, tools and playbooks that raise the bar for the entire sales team. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely commercial, but who doesn’t depend on being told who to call, what to say and what to do every day. • You have 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, B2B2C, marketplaces, startups, proptech, fintech or other high-growth environments., • You’ve had real ownership over new business generation and can clearly explain what business you generated, how you identified the opportunity and how you closed it., • You’re a hunter: you enjoy opening opportunities from scratch and don’t rely on Marketing to generate your entire pipeline., • You have strong commercial judgement: you can tell the difference between an opportunity with real potential and one that is simply easy to close., • You’re analytical: you use data, conversion rates and market signals to decide where to focus your efforts., • You have high agency: when faced with a new territory or an ambiguous problem, your first instinct is to understand it, form a hypothesis and start acting., • You can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You might analyse a market in the morning and be out visiting potential partners that same afternoon., • You’re excellent at discovery: you ask good questions, listen carefully, understand the other person’s business and sell based on their needs rather than relying on a memorised pitch., • You’re resilient: sales means hearing “no”, changing your approach and continuing to push without losing intensity., • You’re coachable: you have your own point of view, but actively seek feedback, learn quickly and adapt when the data shows there is a better way., • You have strong communication skills, presence and the ability to influence others., • You are fluent in Spanish and comfortable working professionally in English., • And, importantly: good vibes. We’re looking for smart, curious, ambitious, energetic people with a sense of humour who are fun to build with. You’d rather be given an objective and the freedom to figure out how to achieve it than follow a 20-step playbook. You enjoy understanding markets, spotting opportunities others may be missing and convincing people who are difficult to convince. You genuinely enjoy selling, you like competing and you’re equally comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation from scratch. And you want to work in an environment where thinking well matters just as much as executing fast. • Competitive compensation: attractive base salary + variable compensation directly linked to performance., • Real ownership: you’ll have clear visibility over your results, your territory and the business decisions that impact your market., • A high-performing team: work alongside ambitious people with experience at companies such as Mckinsey, Bain, Uber, Revolut, Bolt, Fever, Spotify and other leading technology businesses., • Growth & impact: Huspy is growing quickly, and the people who help build the business today will have the opportunity to take on significantly more responsibility tomorrow., • International environment: work as part of a global team operating across multiple markets., • Meal vouchers: €240 per month., • Centrally located Madrid office. We’re not simply looking for someone who can make a lot of calls. We’re looking for someone who can enter a market, understand where the opportunity is and figure out how to turn it into business. If that sounds exciting, we’d like to meet you. By submitting this application, I agree that my personal data will be collected, processed, and retained by the company solely for the purposes of managing and assessing my candidacy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
