You will act as the customer relationship manager for a dedicated portfolio within Spain Portugal, in close cooperation with sales teams in the products divisions. Building a good cooperation with customers, and other stakeholders, is key for this role and you will need to be collaborative and have excellent communication skills to succeed. You will be joining an experienced team and be a strong contributor to maximize our customer satisfaction and sales potential.brDriving impact through sales. Prostrongtech /strongting People and Planet is our goal.brstrongKey Accountabilitiesbr/strongulliDrive Aftermarket Sales of all Kongsberg Maritime products and services in close cooperation with Product sales teams /liliDevelop sales plans for a defined customer portfolio /liliOwn and manage the customer service relationship /liliReporting for Sales Pipeline and Maintenance Planning Reviews /liliBudgeting Forecasting /liliNegotiate service agreements /liliFollow and contribute to continuous improvements in Aftermarket Sales processes /liliCollaborate with internal teams in Global Operations, Product Value Streams Global Sales and Marketing (OEM) to ensure customer satisfactionbr/li /ulstrongQualifications And Experiencebr/strongulliBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or relevant experience from a similar technical sales role /liliRelevant technical background, preferably from the maritime industry.
