ppJob Requisition # — Product Development Innovation Project Manager (Open). /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe innovation Project Manager reports to the VP of Product Development Innovation and is responsible for coordinating, structuring, and driving successful execution of strategic, high‑impact initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that cross‑functional projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company priorities, acting as the central integrator between teams and providing governance, communication, and execution discipline. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead day‑to‑day coordination of assigned innovation and strategic projects with global impact. /li liDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies. /li liEnsure alignment with stakeholders across functions and geographies. /li liFacilitate effective communication and collaboration between diverse teams. /li liMaintain project governance frameworks, documentation, and communication routines following the standard PDM and Innovation gate process. /li liTrack progress, risks, and issues, and drive mitigation actions proactively. /li liPrepare regular project updates for senior leadership, including dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries. /li liEnsure projects remain on schedule, on scope, and within resource expectations. /li liCoordinate deliverables, gate reviews, and decision‑making forums. /li liBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders at global, regional, and local levels. /li liAct as a central point of contact for all project‑related queries and communications. /li liPerform other duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Project Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Packaging Engineering. /li li5+ years in project management, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, or innovation‑driven environment. /li liStrong understanding of cross‑functional project dynamics across RD, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain. /li liProficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Stage Gate, or equivalent). /li /ul h3Knowledge Skills /h3 ul liHighly organized and detail‑oriented. /li liProactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. /li liStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with culturally diverse teams. /li liResults‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. /li liCustomer‑service oriented with excellent communication skills. /li liFosters trust, confidence, and followership across departments and businesses. /li liAbility to work independently with minimal direction and within project teams, committees, etc. to attain group goals. /li liWilling to travel domestically and internationally as required. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pGreif offers a Total Rewards program that focuses on well‑being and provides a competitive package designed to help employees thrive, stay engaged, and reach their full potential. /p h3EEO Statement /h3 pGreif is an equal‑opportunity employer.
