The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship‑building skills, and solid expertise in the contact center technology ecosystem. In this role, you will maximize account value by identifying new opportunities, promoting high‑impact CCaaS solutions, and ensuring a results‑driven, customer‑centric account management approach. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDrive pipeline growth by executing structured prospecting plans, identifying target accounts, and engaging multiple stakeholders across functions. /li liGenerate and advance opportunities with clear value hypotheses and defined next steps, maintaining consistent follow‑up throughout the sales cycle. /li liLead consultative discovery focused on business processes and outcomes, qualifying opportunities based on impact, urgency, and fit. /li liTranslate customer needs into relevant use cases and measurable business value (e.g., efficiency gains, cost reduction, customer experience improvements). /li liManage the full new business sales cycle, including demos, workshops, proof of concepts, and negotiations, in collaboration with internal teams. /li liBuild compelling value propositions and ROI‑driven business cases, addressing objections and guiding deals to successful close and handoff. /li liMaintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting through disciplined CRM management. /li liDevelop and grow pipeline through partner ecosystems, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers and expanding market presence. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul li6+ years of experience in New Business Sales, Business Development, or Channel Sales, with a strong focus on pipeline generation and closing new logos. /li liMandatory experience with CCaaS solutions, including understanding of core functionalities, operational KPIs, omnichannel capabilities, integrations (CRM, telephony, automation), and the typical CCaaS sales cycle. /li liProven track record in acquiring new customers, building pipeline from scratch, and consistently closing net‑new business within SaaS or telecommunications environments. /li liStrong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions. /li liSolid understanding of the Spanish contact center market and current industry trends. /li liAbility to identify customer pain points and translate them into clear, value‑driven CCaaS use cases and business outcomes. /li liHands‑on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline. /li liFluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus. /li liAvailability for occasional travel to client meetings, industry events, and trade shows. /li /ul h3WHY BROADVOICE /h3 h3Grow Your Career /h3 pWhether you’re interested in advancing technical skills, developing leadership acumen, or exploring new areas, we support your career journey with clear growth paths, access to learning resources, and mentorship. /p pWe know life happens outside of work.
