So we have the best of both worlds, we operate as a fintech and we are backed by a big company! 🌍 ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Specialist to execute product marketing and communication activities as well as support lead generation initiatives to contribute to positioning and sales through local markets. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution across branding, product marketing, digital campaigns, events, CRM activities and content creation for our website and social media networks. 🤝 🛠️ You will be doing things like… • Support product positioning and marketing initiatives for solutions such as digital banking platform, data enrichment & customer behavior analysis, financial wellness and open banking topic establishing a link with CRIF offering, • Manage and maintain the company website (WordPress / Umbraco), including creation and editing of pages, image optimization, SEO maintenance (Search Console, redirects, performance optimization) and support in structuring navigation and information architecture for the new website., • Draft and adapt website and marketing content based on internal documentation, research and stakeholder input, ensuring alignment with product messaging and supporting internal content validation processes., • Prepare basic prototypes in Figma to support the digital agency during the development of the new website., • Support lead generation and CRM activities (HubSpot / Microsoft Dynamics), including lead review, enrichment and qualification, CRM updates, data hygiene and support in creating forms and understanding workflow rules and triggers., • Develop and manage LinkedIn content, including editorial planning, copywriting and preparation of simple graphic or video assets. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to support LinkedIn Ads campaigns, monitor performance and propose improvements., • Collaborate with Product, Sales and Pre-sales teams to translate product capabilities into clear and effective messaging and marketing materials., • Research and leverage on market and industry Studies to create relevant content and support communication initiatives across different regions (EU, LATAM, MENA)., • Support the organization of marketing activities such as events and sponsorships, including coordination with agencies and CRIF corporate marketing, preparation of materials and follow-up on logistics, invoices and feedback., • Support operational marketing processes such as purchase requests, budget tracking and coordination with internal stakeholders and external providers. 📚 REQUIRED SKILLS • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field., • 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS or technology environments., • Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco or similar, including website content editing and basic SEO tasks., • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics, including lead management and basic workflow understanding., • Experience creating digital content and editorial plans for LinkedIn. Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads is a plus., • Intermediate-level designing and prototyping skills in Figma, • Basic understanding of web analytics and SEO tools such as Search Console, Semrush or similar., • Ability to research industry topics and transform complex information into clear marketing content., • Strong organization, prioritization and follow-up skills, with attention to detail., • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing teams and external agencies) in an international environment., • English and Spanish are required.
