Born and based in Barcelona, Nacar is an award-winning Strategic Design Agency, impassioned by our agile and international team composed of over 90 creative professionals (design strategists, researchers, product and UX / UI designers, engineers, and overall creatives). We work with all-size clients from across multiple industries, collaborating in innovation and establishing solutions and product strategies that apply to Industrial, Digital, Brand and Service Design. We also contribute to their digitalization, by conceptualizing and prototyping new, human centered products and services around technological capabilities. With a hybrid-work model and flexible working hours, we are powered by a culture of communication, collaboration, proactivity and positivity, always aiming to humanize technology experiences and to transform into the phygital future. Our offices, an urban oasis, are located in the beautiful Palo Alto, an old factory in Poblenou, restored and converted into studios for designers and artists. Nacar was made to be a place where people can grow and impact the world, and we’re in continuous growth to always provide our best. Our team is connected by common challenges, eager to discover, envision and materialize new opportunities. Is this something you feel identified with? We're currently looking for a Foresight and Future Design Lead to lead our strategic vertical at Nacar. This is a role that combines two things that rarely go together: the ability to read the world before others do, and the discipline to translate that reading into rigorous and profitable projects. You'll lead with your centre of gravity in foresight: opening up territories of opportunity that others can't see. You'll be the strategic voice that clients look for when they don't yet know what to ask. You will: Act as the vertical's antenna — maintaining a live, first‑hand reading of the landscape: trends, weak signals, emerging behaviours and technologies reshaping industries. Own the Future Opportunity Radar methodology: opportunity radars, future scenarios, tech‑to‑value mapping and concept provocation cards. Build editorial presence beyond decks — writing, speaking and publishing with your own voice to elevate the Nacar brand. Lead the strategic quality of the services within the vertical: Future Opportunity Radar (your natural territory), Insight Engines (research that unlocks real needs) and Product Strategy (defining what to build, under what service logic, and how it evolves). Provide strategic direction and elevate criteria in services where you're not the hands‑on specialist — relying on strategists and researchers from the team to deliver. Lead the most ambiguous projects within the vertical — those requiring reframing and vision, not just method. Direct multidisciplinary squads activated by project, elevating the level of everyone working with you — leadership by gravity, not by hierarchy. Ensure blueprints, roadmaps and research reports have real density and deliver actionable value. Manage timelines, resources and expectations to keep the vertical profitable. Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level clients — sitting with CXOs, Heads of Strategy and Heads of Innovation, sustaining the conversation as an equal. Open doors that the rest of the team can't. Turn foresight findings into new service proposals — identifying where clients need more help before they ask. Partner with the commercial team on pre‑sales of strategic accounts, contributing brief reframing and methodological framing 5+ years of experience in strategic design or innovation consulting- Ideally with time spent at a generalist player that gave you fluency in business language. Hybrid career path across the 3 disciplines of the vertical: foresight, user research, and product definition. You don't have to be an expert in all four — but you understand them deeply enough to lead and challenge. Structural curiosity: you don't just read trends, you decode them. You connect seemingly disconnected signals and build solid arguments. Authority without arrogance: you can hold your ground with a C‑level client without needing to impose your view. Editorial mindset — you have your own voice and you use it. Operational discipline: you know that inspiration without delivery doesn't generate recurring business. Proven leadership in complex projects — activating, challenging and elevating the work of more junior strategists and researchers. Leadership by gravity, not by hierarchy. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus. Not a Product Manager or Product Owner. Not a pure UX researcher. Not a trend forecaster from a marketing agency. Not a traditional strategy consultant without design sensibility. Not a purely intellectual profile that doesn't get hands‑on with projects. It's the rare hybrid between a foresight strategist with their own voice, and an operational lead who sustains the quality of the vertical This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a challenge in the strategy and foresight area and to be part of a center of innovation that is impacting clients all over the world — leading a vertical with real editorial and commercial impact. Permanent contract. Competitive salary Hybrid working model - you can either work from home or enjoy our beautiful studio (with free coffee and a great garden!). Join a dynamic +15 nationalities community and enjoy our team‑building activities. Nacar was made to be a place where people can grow and impact the world, and we’re in continuous growth to always provide our best. Our team is connected by common challenges, eager to discover, envision and materialize new opportunities. Is this something you feel identified with? We're currently looking for a Digital Product Lead to lead our digital product vertical at Nacar. Your job is to take the ambiguity of a client brief and turn it into a real, functional and well-built product — with technical judgement, current product culture, and the ability to inspire both the team and the client throughout the process. This is not a digital project manager role. You're the person who defines what needs to be built, how it should work, and which technical and product decisions matter — before the first developer writes a line of code. You'll work in parallel and as an equal with the Foresight and Future Design Lead: where they open up strategic territories and conversations, you materialize them. You will: Define digital product architectures — what stack makes sense, what's viable, what's scalable. Talk with technology partners or external development teams and communicate exactly what needs to be built, with what logic and under what criteria. Detect when a technical proposal is over-engineered, poorly framed, or will generate technical debt the client will pay for in 6 months. Translate abstract visions into information architectures, user flows and executable backlogs with real acceptance criteria. Lead multidisciplinary project teams — UX/UI, development, QA — without necessarily being their hierarchical manager. Define roadmaps, prioritise with business and product criteria, and keep the team focused on what truly matters. Manage client expectations in high-pressure environments — knowing when to launch a functional MVP and when to defend that something needs more time. Act as the quality benchmark for the vertical: deliverables produced under your supervision have a recognisable standard. Stay permanently up to date with what's happening in digital product — new design, prototyping and building tools, emerging methodologies, product cases moving the market — and share your point of view inside and outside Nacar. Elevate the team not by hierarchy but by reference — people want to work with you because they learn. Combine technical credibility with an inspirational reading of the product in client rooms — not only executing the brief, but expanding it. Act as a consultant from first contact — challenging the brief, identifying the real problem behind the stated one, and proposing a direction with judgement. Lead pre-sales and definition phases: discovery, technical diagnosis, solution architecture proposals — with CTOs, CPOs and Innovation Directors as your natural counterparts. +5 years of experience in digital product, with at least 2-3 years in an agency or product consultancy managing external clients — agency experience is almost a requirement, as you need to have navigated the complexity of multiple clients, sectors and contexts simultaneously. Hybrid career path is highly valued: experience on both sides — consulting or product agency, and in-house at a company building its own product (a scaling startup, scale-up, or corporation with real product culture). Solid technical knowledge of digital product architectures — you don't write code in production, but you understand how the pieces fit together, having worked side by side with development teams long enough to know which technical decisions matter and which are noise. Strong product culture: you live digital product. You follow builders, read changelogs, and experiment with tools before they go mainstream. Figma, Linear, Notion are the minimum — we're interested in someone already testing what comes next. Ability to translate abstract visions into concrete architectures, user flows and executable backlogs. Consultant mindset: you challenge briefs, identify real problems behind stated ones, and hold your ground in front of CTOs, CPOs and Innovation Directors — speaking their language (both technical and strategic) without needing an intermediary. Proven leadership in complex projects and multidisciplinary teams — activating, challenging and elevating the work of everyone around you. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus. • Not a Project Manager coordinating tickets., • Not a UX Designer who has scaled to lead., • Not a CTO or a purely technical profile., • Not a strategy consultant without real execution in digital product. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a challenge in the digital product area and to be part of a center of innovation that is impacting clients all over the world — leading a vertical where technical judgement, product culture and client credibility come together We also offer: • Permanent contract., • Competitive salary, • Hybrid working model - you can either work from home or enjoy our beautiful studio (with free coffee and a great garden!)., • Join a dynamic +15 nationalities community and enjoy our team-building activities., • Keep challenging yourself with our Nacar Academy training program, aligned with the creation of personalized career paths., • 26 paid vacation days., • Monthly allowance for internet costs and a budget for working-from-home materials., • Health Insurance., • Flexible working hours., • Free tickets for the Palo Alto Market #J-18808-Ljbffr

Our team is connected by common challenges, eager to discover, envision and materialize new opportunities. Is this something you feel identified with? We're currently looking for a UX/Product Designer to join our team and work on a Healthcare CRM environment with one of our top-tier clients in the health sector — a role that balances product delivery, research depth and strong stakeholder alignment. This is not a purely visual or delivery-oriented UX role. The project context requires a designer who can operate in ambiguity, work across product and technical constraints, and create clarity through research, prioritisation and cross-functional collaboration. The role implies working actively with the UX Lead, while having enough autonomy to make decisions independently and move work forward with confidence. You will: Plan and conduct research activities to understand user needs, business constraints and workflow realities. Translate research findings into product opportunities, design recommendations and prioritised next steps. Facilitate alignment with stakeholders — business, product, technical leads and support-related profiles — ensuring key decisions are understood, documented and followed through. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, business partners and the UX Lead to maintain momentum across multiple streams of work. Produce clear UX deliverables with enough structure and rationale to support implementation and discussion. Contribute to improving team collaboration, communication and decision-making practices where needed. Help establish clearer ways of working, decision paths and collaboration rituals within shifting team dynamics. Move comfortably between discovery, definition and delivery — contributing through interface design, facilitation, synthesis and decision support for the wider team. Senior UX or Product Designer with solid end-to-end product experience, particularly in software products with complex workflows or multiple dependencies. Strong research capability — including stakeholder interviews, opportunity mapping, synthesis of pain points, and translation of findings into actionable design directions. A clear track record in research-led product definition, not only UI execution. Strong stakeholder management skills — especially with business, product, technical leads and support-related profiles who validate feasibility, risk and relevance. Comfort working within shifting team dynamics and unclear operating models, with sufficient maturity to make progress without waiting for fully defined processes. Strong product thinking — prioritisation, trade-off awareness and comfort with ambiguity in complex environments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain rationale clearly to different audiences, from day-to-day partners to more strategic stakeholders. Fluent in English (written and spoken). This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a challenge in the UX and product design area — working on a complex healthcare software environment and being part of a center of innovation that is impacting clients all over the world :) We also offer: Permanent contract. You'll be a core member of a product team, working closely with Product Managers and Engineers — taking ownership of well-defined problem spaces while continuing to grow your product thinking, research capabilities and design craft.
