Werfen is a growing, family-owned, innovative company founded in 1966 in Barcelona, Spain. We are a worldwide leader in specialized diagnostics in the areas of Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics, Transfusion, Autoimmunity, and Transplant. Through our Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) business line, we research, develop, and manufacture customized assays and biomaterials. We operate directly in 30 countries, and in more than 100 territories through distributors. Our Headquarters and Technology Centers are located in the US and Europe, and our workforce is more than 7,000 strong. We are looking for a business-minded transformation professional to drive the design and implementation of our new Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud platform — bridging commercial strategy with operational excellence. You will report to the Global Commercial Operations Director and work closely with other Departments, Affiliates, and Strategic Business Units on global projects such as CRM, Data and analytics, AI, and process improvement. The main focus will be the CPQ (configure, price, quoting) and CLM (contract lifecycle management) with Salesforce platform. Contract to Cash process is not included. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across various functional areas, understanding their current and future business processes and requirements. Initially, the focus will be more on the CPQ-Contract part of the project (Salesforce Revenue Cloud), but we are considering a broad approach for the position, including support to the Sales Cloud implementation.
