Reporting to the Commercial Director, and in coordination with the commercial and technical teams, manage the entire offer cycle from the initial stages of opportunity capture to contract signing and service commencement. Provide support in the preparation and collection of key information for internal and/or external reports. Daily pipeline management. Improvement processes. Responsibilities and activities • Day-to-day leadership for the successful completion of offers., • Establish resource needs and directly manage them for offer preparation, ensuring the final quality of the offer and strict adherence to costs and deadlines. Lead the bidding process for standard offers and support the Bids & Commercial Director in more complex ones., • Manage internal teams involved in offer preparation at all organizational levels, ensuring decision-making at key levels when required., • Manage multidisciplinary bid teams to achieve the final objective of meeting the required high standards., • Develop, manage, and monitor the process schedule., • Autonomously propose the approval of offers with a limited scope., • Provide reports to both the Bids & Commercial Management, as well as to other departments or areas of the company, including at the corporate level., • In coordination with the Bids & Commercial Director, ensure compliance with internal offer approval processes at all levels, according to the scopes and budgets established in the DOA (Delegation of Authority)., • Manage internal offer review teams at the appropriate time and incorporate their contributions into the final offer., • Manage lessons learned sessions, incorporating conclusions into existing procedures to improve them., • Comprehensive management of the company’s pipeline, ensuring the system is updated with key information from the entire commercial area., • Prepare reports., • Improve procedures and support the quality area in internal and external audit processes. Core capabilities • High degree of autonomy, proactivity, and accountability in assigned tasks, • Strong team management and coordination skills, • Interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy in stressful environments; resilience, • Negotiation and strategic vision, • Results-oriented with strong integrity and honesty, • Adaptability Required qualifications • Sales and/or bidding training, • Intermediate to advanced legal (TRLCSP) and financial knowledge, • High level of English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus, • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Required experience • At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or bidding areas, • A minimum of 3 years of specific experience in public and/or private tenders over 2 million euros, • Experience in the aviation and/or defense sector is a plus, • Experience in international tenders is a plus Culture and values As the aviation sector is highly regulated, safety and compliance are the highest priority.
