Responsibilities • Set the strategic direction by embodying Vialto's mission, vision, and long-term goals, and develop strategies to achieve them., • Provide expert guidance on business expansion, market entry, and diversification efforts., • Collaborate closely with regional CEOs and their leadership teams to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance., • Assess and mitigate risks that impact Vialto's operations, reputation, and finances., • Efficiently manage and optimize departmental and service line operations for efficiency and excellence., • Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess departmental and organizational health., • Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency., • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to manage the organization's financial resources effectively., • Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control initiatives., • Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic financial decisions., • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, customers, and employees., • Stay abreast of the latest changes in legislation and provide expert advice to clients and internal stakeholders on complex cases and challenges., • Represent Vialto at industry events, conferences, and regulatory authorities., • Champion and lead transformational initiatives and change management efforts to adapt to market dynamics., • Promote a culture of agility and innovation to keep Vialto ahead in a rapidly evolving business environment., • Strategic Transformation Leadership : Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing strategic transformation initiatives, including the development and execution of delivery models that drive operational excellence across regions., • Operational Integration : Proven ability to identify and execute transformation initiatives that align with broader EMEA operational goals, with a focus on integrating strategic objectives into day-to-day (D2D) execution., • Resource Structuring and Optimization : Expertise in structuring and deploying resources across geographies to support business priorities, ensuring alignment between capacity, demand, and cost efficiency., • Service Delivery Model Alignment : Experience leveraging service delivery centers (e.g., VVN) and integrating them with finance, HR, and cost projection functions to improve forecasting accuracy and optimize operating models., • Governance and Execution : Ability to govern and operationalize strategic plans, ensuring consistent delivery across territories and adherence to established models for performance and accountability., • People Leadership & Cost Efficiency : Skilled in managing teams, including hiring and performance oversight, with a focus on cost control, efficiency, and margin improvement., • Track record of delivering financial impact through operational restructuring., • Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments : Act as a “Chief Problem Solver” for underdeveloped or immature functions; demonstrate ownership and agility in stabilizing and scaling business operations., • Cross-functional Coordination : Ability to coordinate across functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Risk, Real Estate, and Marketing to ensure unified support for business initiatives and transformation projects., • Business Cost Management : Strong operational mindset with the ability to drive cost control measures, enforce budget discipline, and lead initiatives that impact bottom-line performance., • Real-world Operational Scenarios : Experience managing real-world challenges such as cross-border resource optimization (e.g., balancing capacity in Spain with demand in Italy), and overseeing complex, often manual processes that require coordination across HR, finance, and legal teams., • 10–15 years of progressive experience in strategic operations, consulting, or business leadership within professional services, global mobility, immigration, or related sectors., • Demonstrated experience driving financial performance, managing cross-functional teams, and executing strategic initiatives., • Deep understanding of operational excellence principles, with a history of delivering measurable results., • Strong financial acumen and hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility., • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive-level clients and internal leaders., • Proven success leading change initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments., • Location : Madrid, Spain, or Amsterdam, Netherlands, or Dublin, Ireland, or Aarhus, Denmark, • Employment Type : Full Time Please note, AI is used as part of the application process.
