SUMMARY OF POSITION We are looking for a Legal Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave. Adalvo seeks a meticulous and business-focused Legal Manager to provide comprehensive legal support across Adalvo’s organization. Together with a team of committed colleagues, the Legal Manager will have an active role within the Legal Department, supporting a range of on-going projects in collaboration with key departments such as Business Development, Sales Development and Scientific Affairs. • Opportunities for career growth within a dynamic and fast-growing pharmaceutical company., • Competitive salary that is commensurate with experience, along with a benefits package. RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to support Adalvo’s business operations;, • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to licensing agreements, development agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements and distribution agreements;, • Contribute to building and designing best legal processes and practices for the Legal Department that streamline operations and improve overall legal functions;, • Provide timely recommendations to mitigate potential legal exposure;, • Proactively identify potential legal risks and assist in implementing strategies to minimize those risks;, • Regularly communicate with and provide input to the Legal Manager regarding legal issues and developments affecting Adalvo.
