We are looking for one senior, hands-on professional to execute this setup locally. This is not a partnership and not an equity role. It is a paid, full-time operational role for someone who is comfortable building an operation step by step, with structure, budget and support in place. This role is designed as a long-term build-out over multiple years. Role reality This role starts with no existing branch, no local team and no customers. The responsibility is to make the Spanish operation operational, compliant and commercially active. You will be the first operational hire in Spain and will work in close coordination with the Belgian team.
